100 GSM Weed Mat Price in Kerala: Circular vs Sulzer
If you search for 100 GSM weed mat in Kerala, you may find different prices for products that are all described as “100 GSM.”
Why does this happen?
Because 100 GSM describes the weight per square metre, not the entire construction of the product.
At WeedMat Pro, we sell different 100 GSM options and clearly identify them so customers can compare them properly.
Our 100 GSM Weed Mats
We currently offer three options:
100 GSM Circular Weave – ₹25/m²
Width: 2.1 metres
This is our lower-priced 100 GSM option.
100 GSM Sulzer Weave – Black – ₹30/m²
Available widths:
- 1.15 m
- 2 m
- 3 m
- 4.2 m
- 5.25 m
100 GSM Sulzer Weave – Green – ₹35/m²
Width: 2 metres
The green Sulzer mat has the same specifications as the black Sulzer mat.
Why Is Circular Weave Cheaper?
The Circular Weave and Sulzer Weave are different products.
Although both are 100 GSM, their weaving and product characteristics are different.
This is why it is not accurate to compare them only by looking at the “100 GSM” label.
If someone offers you a 100 GSM weed mat for ₹25/m² and another seller offers a 100 GSM weed mat for ₹30/m², the first question should be:
Are they actually the same type of weed mat?
Why Is the Green Sulzer ₹35/m²?
Our black Sulzer mat costs ₹30/m², while the green Sulzer costs ₹35/m².
The green mat has the same specifications as the black Sulzer version.
The difference in price is mainly because the green version is not produced in the same large quantities as the black version.
Lower production volume means a higher cost.
Don’t Compare Weed Mats by GSM Alone
When purchasing a weed mat, consider:
GSM + weaving type + dimensions + intended application + price
rather than simply asking:
“How much is 100 GSM?”
At WeedMat Pro, we clearly state the type of weave so you know what you are purchasing.
Why We Make This Information Public
Some customers may unknowingly purchase a lower-priced 100 GSM product thinking that it is the same as a higher-priced 100 GSM product.
We don’t want that confusion.
Our goal is to make the comparison straightforward:
100 GSM Circular – ₹25/m²
100 GSM Sulzer Black – ₹30/m²
100 GSM Sulzer Green – ₹35/m²
You can then decide which product suits your requirements and budget.
Need Help Choosing?
If you’re not sure which option to choose, tell us:
- Your area dimensions
- What the weed mat will be used for
- Whether there will be foot traffic
- How you plan to cover the area
We can help you understand the available options.
You can also use our WeedMat Planner to calculate the material requirement before ordering.
